I’m m a general contractor myself and Harrison’s plumbing is the only plumbing company Use & the only plumber I’ll ever use. Love Jimmy and everything he does. The only plumber you will ever need to call.

I would have given this company 5 stars for the work that their rep performed for me last year; excellent service and very professional. I called today about something similar and Greg was telling me about something in his notes about me refusing to pay for a service and mentioning names of neighbors/people I don’t know. I found proof of payment and told him about the proof and it still wasn’t enough because he was focusing on some faucet service I know nothing about. When he mentioned the type of faucet he thought I had and I told him I had a different type of faucet, he still insisted that I refused to pay for a service.
I have no idea what he’s talking about. There was a time when I would have recommended this company, but will never use them again, nor recommend them to someone else.

Work was done by a true professional who took the extra steps to make the job exceptional. Extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the final results. Would highly recommend this company.

Sean came and helped us on a Sunday afternoon when we got something stuck in the toilet. He was great and fixed us up in no time. We will definitely call him again!

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Mrs. Chambers was very professional and knowledgeable of of the task and to be performed I had several projects goin at the same time and she was the last to show up and the first to be completed. She also gave me a quote for a future project that's most important for the value of my home. She did an awesome job. I'm very pleased with the results.

If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess. I will have blessings Plumbing on speed dial !!!

Terrence Collins is great good service prompt and fantastic technician. Need to change 4stars nothing to do with the technician. But the company until now almost June already paid to get checked out for any gas leaks!!! until now they claimed they already put work order for the city of Portsmouth utilities to call me !!!

I've had 2 experiences with Alicor Plumbing. They replaced my water heater and my kitchen sink on two separate occasions. Being a widow I had no knowledge as to where to even begin replacing such items, but the repairman gave me much needed advice and I felt confident in the decisions he guided me to make. The replacements were both immediate and the price was more than fair. All of my future plumbing concerns will certainly be done by Alicor. Thanks Jason and company!

Can’t thank them enough for squeezing me in! I had a pipe burst that connected my sink, washer and dishwasher. I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old. So of course the most used appliances in my house were leaking under my house. Amy kept me informed every step of the way. Called each time to give a heads up they were coming, came in the time frame they gave me. They were awesome! Thank you guys!
