Steve B. was great! We had a frozen pipe burst inside the wall. Water everywhere. Foundation had to be removed to replace it. A HEADACHE, right? Well, we got a very professional plumbing tech, he worked fast, looks like good quality work and he was very professional. Looks like he did a great job and he put the foundation back clean and smooth. We appreciate his work. Because of Steve we chose Roto's water extraction team. Darrayl J. came right out, again, super professional and on point, and his team was on site within hours... (sigh of relief) For a headache situation, it makes for less of a headache when you have great professionals like Steve (plumbing) and Darrayl (water extraction) supporting the restoration.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. Hands down the best plumber I’ve EVER worked with. Jason was communicative, friendly, and competent. We’d been without hot water for 14 days dealing with nonsense from our home warranty company. Jason went above and beyond to help us report the diagnosis and quote to American Home Shield (who SUCKS by the way!!). They showed up on time and installed a tankless water heater seamlessly. Jim and Carlos came out same day and did an amazing job finding multiple leaks above our kitchen ceiling (we thought there was only one), he showed each one to us before repair and did a quality job repairing the leaks. Told us all priced up front before the labor was done. Phone number now lives on my refrigerator; will call for all future plumbing work.

He was very professional and knew exactly how to fix my problem. The drains were clean with zero mess. I would absolutely recommend Terrance to anyone who needs a drain serviced.

Tony was able to fix a dripping Delta faucet which is not really an easy task. A different handy man had said he would just replace it. Tony was able to not only fix the dripping faucet, but also tighten up the loose sprayer. He also fixed another item in the house that was just a simple fix!! We will be using Tony again in the future!!
