Best Pipe Inspection in Virginia Beach VA

Had a bad experience with Robin Lewis. He installed my new plumbing for my new tiled shower. After the tile was installed he came back to finish the installation, but stated he couldn’t get to the valve and needed the tile guy to cut out the tile a bit more. After the tile guy came over and cut the tile back to where Robin asked, I let Robin know. It has been almost two weeks now, and Robin won’t return my calls, or texts, so I had to call another company to come help. The new plumber said the reason he isn’t returning my calls is due to him installing the valves too far back into the wall. The new shower wall has to be torn out, so the plumber can fix the pipes, to allow for the hardware to be properly installed. Plumber is estimating about $2,000.00 out of my pocket, because Robin Lewis didn’t install the plumbing correctly.

Water dripping from ceiling, called 3 plumbing companies no response. Call Harrison “Jimmy” answered said he could be there in less than 2 hours. Showed up fixed the problem. It turns out he is the owner!!! Wow what great service

I contacted Cecilia's this morning for a very clogged kitchen sink. They quoted me a very reasonable price, unclogged the drain today, and did not add anything to the price. The technician was very professional and gave advice on how to perform monthly maintenance to keep our drains clog free. Highly recommend.

I woke up to a cold house; my air handler blower stopped working in the middle of the night. HomeAdvisor directed me to Guy Smith. They came out same day for a diagnostic. My control board stopped sending signals to my blower— my heat worked, it just wasn’t circulating. They were able to do a temporary fix and get my house feeling warm again.They were able to get the replacement part in quick fashion and replaced it quick.Luckily everything was still under warranty, so it didn’t cost as much as I was thinking. Both techs were professional. Office personnel I talked to over the phone were very polite.Happy with my experience; will update of anything changes.

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

They came out within 12 hours of calling about a leak. We were out of town and they were extremely communicative and found the issue quickly.

Yesterday, A1 Sewer&Drain responded quickly and reasonably to our plumbing issue. The appointment scheduled today was for a complicated situation which prior plumbers could not properly assess, or solve. Gregory Stevenson, and his assistant Willie arrived promptly, and conferred with us to clearly understand our situation, and explained their plan of action. Gregory was pleasant, professional, competent, considerate, and accurate. Both men were calm, and efficiently found the problem, its cause, and showed us ( additionally gave us photos). Most of the issue was clearly due to prior substandard repairs by insurance company contractors. The charges were fair for today. Gregory also made the plan to proactively remedy the situation, and we have scheduled the work to be done in a few days. I definitely recommend Gregory as a well-experienced, honest plumber with integrity and a true desire to help his customers.

Ryan Holowiak went above and beyond expectations to provide outstanding customer service. He was respectful, courteous, friendly, and approachable. Have used many times in the past, before covid. Have called for service three times now, each time no one has called me back. Each time was an plumbing emergency. I guess if I had purchased the over priced service contract, someone would have responded.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.
