Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Used fans to dry out the place. I do not want this to be public. Why? Because your staff was not integral nor did your leaders provide good customer service. The only way I found out what was happening was to call Janice, the lady who I contracted with and trusted. She was the only one that represented your company well! Therefore, I will never recommend Roto -Rooter.

Joseph and Maurice were excellent! I just moved into my house and ended up with a very unexpected, large plumbing job ahead of me. A1 was quick to respond and talked me through the whole process. Joseph and Maurice were always respectful of my time and home. The job took several days and every day, they'd make sure to clean up after themselves. They did everything they could to make sure we were informed and comfortable during the whole process. I will absolutely use them again should I need more plumbing work.

I have used a few companies in the past and they were average. But this company from beginning to end was fantastic. Phil is so polite. He explained everything in detail. Definitely using again.

Called on Saturday around noon, emergency rates applied, but he called 20 min out as he was on another call and was here in one hour from my appt made. Professional, courteous, and cleaned up behind himself. Have used Co. Before and very happy with the jobs performed. Thank you

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

Jacob & Alex both did a great job in taking care of my drainage issue. Jacob worked the day before and was willing to keep working but that would have been fruitless. He returned the next day with help (Alex) and they worked a long day to get the job completed. I didn't like the location of the clean out they installed but I understood why it is where it is. There is a flower pot over it to disguise it but make it accessible. Great job guy's. I would recommend these guy's to anyone. All of the above, Q,V,R & P were met with excellence.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.
