I had a water hammer issue. Sean came out and drained the line for me. This has resolved my issue so far. Will use Sean for any future plumbing issues or service calls!

If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess. We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Rob and company have done several jobs for me. Both large and small. Never crosses my mind whether a job is within his scope of work. Never a need for a call back, or warranty work. Would highly recommend to any of my friends or family.

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.

Jim is the man to explain every step of his process and make sure you know what’s going on! My daughter and son in law just bought this home, after giving their 4 month old baby a bath, that bath tub and the other showers were filling up with dirty water. An emergency call out to one highly recommended company, which was frustrating beyond belief, with a no return call which was promised as driver was on his way. To being rescheduled for first thing 0800 appointment Saturday morning, to a no show and a 2 hour later call that the technician was on his way. This unsatisfactory customer service guided us to Jim. Within two hours, Jim had us unclogged and very informed about what to do and not to do with the sewer/drainage systems in VA Beach! Thank you Jim for explaining everything to us and your level of professionalism! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

RPG tore out and replaced my tub and surround in one day. Everything about the process was handled smoothly from the planning to the install. The job they did was outstanding. They protected my carpets and thoroughly cleaned up everything when they were done. The two gentlemen doing the install were very professional and the nicest guys to talk to. They explained what they were doing as they worked and answered all my questions. Im so glad I chose them and am looking forward to hiring them again to comple the remodel of the bathroom during the summer. I highly recommend RPG Construction.

We used ALI-COR Plumbing to repair and replace a leaky faucet. They were very responsive and displayed ultimate professionalism while performing the services. We had called other companies but could not get anyone to some out within a reasonable timeframe. ALI-CORP came out that day and made all repairs. They are now the plumber of choice for all our needs!

Definitely do not recommend this company. My home warranty provider connected me with them and I had to call twice to get an appointment. They do not answer the phone when you call. I was given a 3PM - 5{M service appointment and they did not show and they did not call to let me know they were not coming. I called the office to inquire and again no one answered the phone or returned my call. When I contacted my home warranty company they informed me TCP Plumbing had rejected the service as they do not service gar water heaters, yet they didn't bother to inform me and I had taken the afternoon off from work to be home for my service window. I requested my home warranty company remove them from their list of providers. They do not deserve a one star rating, but the review won't post without selecting a at least one star...
