This family owned company was our first HVAC call since moving to VA from a different state. From talking to Mrs. Carolyn on the phone to then having her husband and grandson come out the same day- it was the best experience for a new homeowner. David from Guy Smith was awesome. First off not a lot of people work on gas boilers now a days so thrilled to find someone that did, nonetheless on the weekend. He took his time assessing our entire system but was quick to provide a solution. We had heat in 15-20 minutes on a very cold day. Very glad we stumbled across this company and we will certainly be using them in the future!

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

RPG did an excellent job with all the plumbing install for our new kitchen, and were prompt to respond to concerns and issues as they arose. They also installed a new hot water heater when our old one went bad, and were very prompt in responding to our request, so we weren't without hot water for too long. We would recommend them!

Had an issue with the main sewer drain line on my historic home and Ali-Cor fixed the issue for me in a timely manner and kept me informed the whole time of their progress. Their tech Brandon who performed the work was professional and very knowledgeable of his trade. I would use their services again and can't recommend them enough.
