First I have to say that they are extremely responsive. I contacted them on a weekend day and got a call back that very same day. Not only that, but they actually sent someone out on a weekend to come give the estimate of repair. The representative that came (Mike) was extremely knowledgeable and professional which is why my family and I decided to move forward with this company. I will say, the only thing that took a lengthy amount of time getting to me was the actual estimate of repair which took about 7-10 days to get to me other than that, everything was very timely. They did require half of the payment to begin. Though, once that payment was made, work immediately started EXACTLY when they said it would. The crew that worked for me was here everyday at the exact time they said they would be. They were VERY, VERY clean about the work area and actually picked up after themselves. I mean, besides the plastic wrap covering the floor, there was very little inclination work was being done. The work they did was extremely thorough. They answered all of the questions I had about the work that was being done which were asked while they were working and busy, even so, they were polite and respectful. They finished the project when they said it would be done and did a pretty good job. At the end, there were some very minor issues that I addressed with them and they came right back out and addressed those issues for me. All in all, a great company I would hire again.

Technician Will tackled a difficult job in a professional manor, was congenial yet efficient and stayed until all but one drain (which had damaged pipes) were cleared. Will listened to our problems and informed us of his progress and issues along the way. The next time I have a plumbing issue, I will request this tech again. Jason Morgan fixed my annoying shower water dripping that occurs daily after showering.
He gave me an estimate at the beginning which included the cost of the parts that needed replacement. He impressed me by being very honest . He ended by charging me less because he discovered that he could fix the water dripping without replacing the costly handle or the gasket of the shower. Mr. Manny with Roto-Rooter did a super fantastic job from start to finish on a kitchen sink drain that keeps clogging up due to grease buildup. All his parts and tools were readily available for the job.His step by step troubleshooting approach also helped to discover another problem with the T-pipe that prevented the drain from being cleaned. Mr. Manny is totally professional, very knowledgeable, and absolutely friendly. Thank you Sir for your tremendous help for the plumbing service.
