The friendly and fast response time was invaluable to me when I made the call last night. It was 8 pm on a Saturday night and my kitchen sink was plugged and the garbage disposal appeared to be leaking under the sink, too. I called another place first, but they weren't going to get here until the morning. So, I tried Cecilia's and within the hour all was right in the kitchen. Plus I was given some guidance as to what may be needed sooner rather than later to ensure it didn't happen again. I am ever grateful for the timeliness and personable response I recieved. Had a clogged toilet and neither repeated plunging or snaking worked. So I called Precision at 9AM & was told by Melissa that a Plumber would be there in about an hour. I had an afternoon commitment at 1PM and wouldn't be home, but this timetable sounded OK to me, so I went with it. At 10:30 when I hadn't heard anything more, I called back and was told the Plumber was on his way and coming from South Norfolk, about a 20 minute ride, and he would call me. When I heard nothing by 1120, I called back to Melissa and told her I had an afternoon commitment and if the Plumber couldn't get there soon, I would have to go with someone else. And that no one called me. And I mentioned an apology would be nice. To that, Melissa said I'll mention that to the. . . uh, I apologize... The Plumber called me 15 minutes later and told me he had been working jobs in Virginia Beach all morning and was currently in Greenbrier - and had NOT been in South Norfolk as Melissa had told me previously. I told him it was too late and went with a different company. Precision Plumbing was a waste of my time.

I called Roto-rooter on a Sunday afternoon, not only did they not charge me an emergency fee, the guy they sent out, Terrence, was extremely nice and professional and worked fast and had to do more that what it should have been Becky plumbing is weird. I will 100% always use Roto-Rooter because of this guy.

A1 needed to come out twice, the first time was to clear the upstairs drain, then a week later to clear the kitchen drain.Both times techs came incredibly fast and service was very quick. The techs did their duties professionally, they were very knowledgeable about what needed doing, and they even tidied up after themselves.INCREDIBLY pleased with the service provided and the timeliness of service.

If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess.
