Our Ac has been giving us trouble for a good while. And we couldn’t take it anymore. We had repair person after, repair person at our house. They kept telling us everything was fine and in shape. It wasn’t fine. Finally we called McCoy Plumbling. He was the only one that went upstairs in the attic and found the problem. He told us we had a pipe that was backed up. That’s was why our unit kept turning off and on. He drained it and suddenly within an hour our house started to feel cool like normal. I’m keeping this company on my speed dial. Thank you again!

Really reputable company. I really wanted them to install my water heater but they quoted me more than twice as much as J.F. Whitlow.I think they need to reconsider their water heater installation pricing.

When you call James Dodd Heating Cooling and Plumbing, the phone is answered by his wife Carolyn. With her pleasant manner, she does a thorough job getting detailed information about the HVAC problem. When Mr. Dodd arrives, he has a base of information to assess the problem. He then prepares a detailed work order including the material needed to complete the job, the amount of time to complete the job, and the cost.

Over the years, Mr. Dodd has replaced an entire HVAC system in an older house we owned, completed a tune-up on an existing system (several times), replaced just a part of an HVAC system rather than the whole system, and this week, replaced a gas hot water heater for our home.

Our latest plumbing problem had the team arrive, check the type of water heater needed, and locate where the water heater was in the house. The Dodd team was back in a short period of time. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and hauled the old water heater away. From start to finish, the job was completed in a timely fashion.

When Mr. Dodd left to purchase a new water heater, he could have easily stopped at a nearby Big Box store. Instead, he went to a wholesaler and purchased a higher quality water heater at a much lower price.

We had an unfortunate experience with Home Depot's no hassle install after purchasing a new dishwasher. Our previous homeowners had tiled in the old dishwasher so it couldn't be removed and they couldn't/wouldn't do tile work. We put it off because we were dreading going through the process of getting estimates, etc. I am so glad we called Z Line and I wish we had done it sooner. We got a text message notification upon arrival that included a photo of the employee who would be doing the work, which I appreciated. Terry was on time, super nice, and did a great job switching out the dishwashers, cutting and installing the tile, and matching our existing grout. His coworker who joined him was also kind and thorough. We were so impressed we even asked them to look at two more side projects for the future before they left.

Sean is the best plumber around! Hes very knowledgeable and great at finding the most cost-effective solution to solve the problem. He also is very reasonably priced. Call him for any of your plumbing or Gas fitting needs!
