Paul was awesome in understanding my problem, open to my concerns with the success of the system, and welcoming my ideas to share in the design of the system and trouble shoot the fine tuning of the system.The technicians that performed the installation were professional as well. Worked non-stop, left the work area clean and neat, and didn't leave until everything was working to my and their satisfaction.End result, I have a time adjustable 1 to 2 second hot water throughout our house at times we are able to specify on the timer.Cudos to Atomic! This company is professional from the time you make your first phone call to the completion of the project!

Giving 4 stars for the demeanor and professionalism of my tech Lucis. My AC went out Monday, I am a cancer patient with cancer in my lungs they did a great job providing quick service. My system is under warranty. The error code that appeared on my thermostat was not the issue with the AC. Here is where the downside comes in, the tech doesn't know what caused it. He called his manager who basically said unplug everything and plug it back it. Well that worked. No idea why AC stopped or plan of action to fix or correct it. For this I was asked to pay and $85 fee for a system under warranty AND I HAVE NO DIAGNOSIS! It's not the techs fault but I will be contacting the office manager to see if I can get this fee refunded as it shouldn't have cost me anything out of pocket for a warrantied system.

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!
