Both got to work immediately, and finished the two issues separately—replacing the outside water main valve and replacing washing machine faucets with an upgraded system. Both gentlemen had good personalities, knew what they were doing, and told me everything they did. Atomic headquarters kept me informed of when they’d arrive and there were no surprises.

Water dripping from ceiling, called 3 plumbing companies no response. Call Harrison “Jimmy” answered said he could be there in less than 2 hours. Showed up fixed the problem. It turns out he is the owner!!! Wow what great service

Sean was able to show up on our doorstep a few hours after I called. He arrived and with the precision of a surgeon, he diagnosed, removed and replaced the parts of my toilet that were worn. Not only was he fast, but like a well seasoned perfectionist, he quadruple checked his work to be sure the performance and water levels were precisely where they should be!

The quality of the work is very poor. A1 drain did not fix what our agreement specified. Their giving my family a hard time with an resolution. This company did not fix or resolved the issue. I recommend this company to no one.

I’m usually hesitant to go with bigger companies but Rodney was a professional and a gentleman. He talked me through everything he was doing while he was doing it and didn’t try to sell me on anything that wasn’t necessary. It was clear he liked what he does and cares about the people he helps.
