Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Kevin came out and immediately found the issue. He explained everything to me. He was professional and very nice. I will be using them from now on for my regular hvac maintenance.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Conner Services! I called them on a Friday morning before a holiday weekend with no expectation of them making it to us same day- but they did! Matthew amazingly cleared a clog that had rendered our kitchen sink inoperable for a week while we went back and forth with our home warranty company and another plumber. I am so beyond grateful that Conner Services was understanding of our situation and willing and able to fit us in same day. Matthew was a pleasure and very respectful of our home. They will certainly be my first call in the future.

Larry and John were great, however............garbage disposal jam took about 60 seconds to fix......soap dispenser tightened and filled........charged me $226.00. When I made the appointment I was told the $78 diagnostic fee would be waived if I used their services......it wasn't. If I had known the cost would have been more than having a brand new garbage disposal installed from home depot, I would not have had the work done. Beware......................

Outrageous pricing! Repairman was nice and courteous but $370 for an hour is too much. He apologized for being fast when I mentioned this but the issue is they charge too much for the job (clean out aerator and snake a drain) not that he was too speedy! Never should have switched plumbers!
