Best Heating And Cooling Systems in Virginia Beach VA
I called Atomic Plumbing to fix a hot water valve in my shower that would not shut-off. Jim Miller and Scott Perkins showed up to do the work. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly guys. The valves in this shower were extremely old but Jim and Scott had all the right parts and the knowledge to change them out and repair it the correct way . It was a pleasure to meet these two guys and I would not hesitate to use Atomic Plumbing again.

Bill and his crew are extremely helpful in repairing my heating/air or plumbing problems. His work is always done properly and at a very fair price. I trust him to repair what needs to be fixed in my home.

I had a plumbing leak, called, and was given an appointment early the next morning. They arrived on time, were friendly, and informative. I asked if I could schedule maintenance on my HVAC and they were able to service it the same day. All around great customer service experience from scheduling to execution. I would highly recommend this business. They definitely have my loyalty.

The good- Leak is fixed and the plumber was nice/professional.
The bad- They advertise you pay by the job not the hour. Well that didn’t work out so well for me. $689 for 2 hours of work- reset upstairs drain and sealed shower faucet. The only materials used was some sealant. That’s nearly $350 an hour and that didn’t include repairing the drywall that was cut into. Not that I expect a plumber to do drywall but for nearly $700 I would have expected some 24k gold leafing on the pipes. I’ve had entire bathrooms re-plumbed in renovations for that price. I felt taken advantage of as it was clear I was desperate to get it fixed as I just moved in and was the only one home at the time.
