He thoroughly assessed the system checking current draw on the motors, system pressures, temperatures and ensured the condensate drain was clean and flushed. Task was completed in about an hour and he answered all my questions. Also provided a detailed report of his findings. Service exceeded my expectations.

We noticed a strange odor in one of our bathrooms, and couldn't get rid of it no matter how much cleaning I did or what products I used. And, I couldn't find a leak anywhere, so I started thinking maybe something was wrong with the toilet underneath. John, the technician, came and after much discussion about possible causes/problems/cost, it was decided to take a look under the toilet. After discussing the cost with me, he proceeded to remove the toilet and replace the wax ring. Sure enough, it was a mess under there. He was amazing. He cleaned up gunk and wiped the floor with bleach spray. He didn't mind me watching and even answered my questions in great detail. Super nice guy, very professional, very thorough. I do wish it hadn't cost so much ($580) but I did get good results for my money.

Outrageous pricing! Repairman was nice and courteous but $370 for an hour is too much. He apologized for being fast when I mentioned this but the issue is they charge too much for the job (clean out aerator and snake a drain) not that he was too speedy! Never should have switched plumbers!
