Best Gas Work in Virginia Beach VA

Based on various reviews and a number of references on the Next Door app, I decided to select Atomic Plumbing for the first time. The initial call to set up an appointment was easy and the representative explained the diagnostic fee and billing process clearly. For clarity, we had some plumbing repairs that didn't require same-day attention, so I was not off-put that we had a service call scheduled for the following week. One of our requests was to install a couple of new shower heads I ordered, which were expected to arrive before the service call. We also had a couple of slow-draining sinks and another sink that had low water pressure. The company's office staff were extremely communicative, sending emails the day I called to schedule an appointment, the day before service, and several emails the day of service. In addition, I received a call an hour into the 4-hour window to inform me of the status of the next available technician. Also, one of the emails I received before the technician's arrival included a picture and a short bio of the technician assigned to us. I have never received such outreach before by any contractors! The technician Robert had arrived within a couple of hours into the scheduled time. He was professional and possessed an even-keeled demeanor. He quickly assessed our needs and gave us the proposed quote. Each time he entered the house he made sure to put boot covers and a mask on, he asked us to check his repairs to ensure we were pleased, and he made sure to clean up the work areas before he left.I was satisfied with the service we received and would use Atomic Plumbing again and ask for Robert to be assigned to us.

Courteous technician and was on time. Asked to have technician wear mask and they gladly complied. Office staff, who answers phone, have always been friendly, helpful and courteous

I have only worked with Mr. Raymond briefly so far, but he will be handling a plumbing issue at a property I own in the area.. He was super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable on the phone it is nice to have that with a contractor - they are often times rushed, rude, and lacking in detail. With that said I will update this when the job is completely finished!

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

Everything is still working. The below information is what I wrote & sent back with my invoice.Raymond Heiden accomplished everything that I asked him to do. So far so good.I really wish that you offered a Military Discount. When I googled local plumbers that offered Military Discounts your company came. Some offered and some didn't. I picked your company because it had the highest rating by a small amount. Had I realized that you didn't offer Military Discount I would have chosen another company.

I manage community associations and I struggled to get good responses from plumbers for emergencies and after hours call.

One Saturday I called a college of mine and she recommended them, I have honestly never used another company since.

They were responsive, timely, called with follow-up and repaired the issue within 48 hours after the initial call at 12am on a Saturday.

They are an amazing company with employees that go out of their way to help not me, but the clients I have.

Had an emergency situation gave them a call and was at my residence in less than 30 min. Had the problem fixed within 20 min of arriving. Great customer service would definitely recommend. Thank you.

This is one of the best Plummer’s in the Hampton road area. Came to my house the day I called and went above and beyond to fix my kitchen sink and two bathroom sinks.
I felt he was honest with me and definitely had fair prices. And I would strongly recommend Jim and his Son to anyone.
