The company was quick to contact me to apologize, which I really appreciated. I, in no way, am trying to get anyone in trouble, it's just that hygiene is all the more in our minds in this pandemic.

ORIGINAL:They had good availability, which was nice, and the technician was cordial, prompt and did a good job. However, when he began to unclog our toilet, he didn't use any latex gloves, was reaching into the toilet barehanded with toilet bowl water splashing all over our floors. After the toilet was repaired, he never washed his hands until I asked him, explaining we have small children in the house. Additionally, he never cleaned up the water on the floor. So I had to Lysol everything he had touched to include the floor. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, but I'm not sure if these are normal hygiene practices for this company, I'd like to think not.

they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Jon, the Technician was superb. Very knowledgeable and determined the problem with my backup generator within minutes of arrival. Let me know what I needed to get it up and running and ordered the parts before he left.

Called on Saturday around noon, emergency rates applied, but he called 20 min out as he was on another call and was here in one hour from my appt made. Professional, courteous, and cleaned up behind himself. Have used Co. Before and very happy with the jobs performed. Thank you

Have already forwarded their info to all my friends & family in the area for their possible plumbing needs.

I called Jim when I had a clog where we couldn’t find the issue. His knowledge of the surrounding neighborhoods and the houses history helped him to almost immodestly realize the problem. He came out same day and resolved the issue same day at a fair price. Highly recommend using him for your plumbing needs!

Patrick and Virginia are top notch when it comes to installing natural gas lines for appliances. They even made me aware of an existing safety issue with my home’s fireplace. I would recommend them to anyone! (Not to mention they are extremely nice people!!!)
