Right on time this morning. Called 10 minutes before arrival. Protected carpet, took care not to damage but promised if did any wall or ceiling damage that they would fix. Removed old equipment from home. Cleaned up their work environment and removed all items. New system is awesome and working perfectly. These guys are pros . They don’t charge you by the hour. They have flat rates. The guy coming to your place been doing it for twenty years or more. They just did a job for me that would’ve cost me $400 if I went through someone else. They did it for much less. These guys are great.

Going into Home Depot and I see this truck zooming in right into a handicapped spot. No plaque placed saying they can park there, not on the tag and on top of that they aren’t even in the spot all the way!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Our heat went out last March and I called since I had a
$79 coupon to cover the service call if they did the work. The tech looks at the furnace and says our igniter needs to be replaced. Tells me it's $600. I tried to call my husband who was away at a conference but by the time he called back the tech had pressured me into signing. He went somewhere for an hour, came back with the part and replaced it in the furnace. After he left I realized I had forgotten to give him the coupon and called the office. They said sorry, too late. When my husband got back in town he wanted to go to the office with a baseball bat. The igniter is $27 and held in by two screws. Total rip-off and I'm sure no one has ever had a manger return their numerous calls.
