Finally found an honest, competent and professional plumbing service for this area. It’s a pure pleasure when they come on time, literally give you an estimate the same day (!), and then show up and do the work when they tell you they will. Very fair pricing great people to work with.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

We used A1 Sewer and Drain to replace several cracked pipes under our house, which is on a slab. The assigned crew was prompt each day (5 days straight), extremely courteous and professional, worked full days, kept us updated on the progress, and cleaned up after themselves before they left each day. Alec and Tyler were awesome and we cannot thank them enough. Their work was high-quality and professional. We are definitely glad we chose A1 to handle this repair for us.

Me and my wife just moved into our home and we were experiencing electrical issues in 2 bedrooms. Sam, our technician, came out and was able to diagnose our issues rather quickly. He was extremely informative and helped us future proof any common issues. Thank you again Sam! We appreciate your help!

Hunter Tech#7200 was outstanding. He did a great thorough job. He was patient and answered all of my questions. And believe me I had a lot of questions. He made sure that everything was taken care of and I had a good understanding that all was taken care of before he left my home.

The tech was knowledgeable and thorough. Manny #3050 when he left my problem was fixed and I think I got a fair price for all he did. ( sorry for being the first stop of your day).

Had an issue with the main sewer drain line on my historic home and Ali-Cor fixed the issue for me in a timely manner and kept me informed the whole time of their progress. Their tech Brandon who performed the work was professional and very knowledgeable of his trade. I would use their services again and can't recommend them enough.

To say we are beyond disappointed is an understatement. You trust your home owners warranty company and the contractors they send out to you to fix your home problems and it turns out that they just lie about situation. Jason from TCP Plumbing company came out and tried to fix our leak that we had downstairs from our upstairs shower and he did a quick fix only to have it leak again 3 weeks later. He came a second time, looked at it again and in less than 5 mins said that he didn’t know where the leak was coming from and he would have to contact the home warranty company and ask permission to get into the ceiling. He left only to have the home warranty office email us 2 wks later to tell us our claim was no longer going to be covered because the plumber said it was an improper install and he couldn’t do anything about it. Little did he know that we had his whole conversation on camera and were able to capture exactly what he said and turn it into the home warranty office to reopen our claim and send a second company. He blatantly lied about the whole situation and to say he is unprofessional is putting it mildly. Unprofessional and just plain lacking in the skill need in his “profession.” We do not recommend Jason or this company at any cost!
