I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

Trey did a great job and let us know exactly what was going on with our pipes. He took care of the problem and made recommendations for what might need to be done in the future. We are extremely satisfied with our Atomic Plumbing experience.

Quality, great customer service and Timing

My tankless hot water tank began leaking and I needed a new one installed. I called several companies that were going to charge thousands more than Precision Pluming and Drain did and also not be able to install as soon. I called them for an estimate and Paul came out the same day and provided one and was able to get a new tank and install it the next day. His crew were on time and completed the job efficiently. Great value and service!

Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

TLDR: Rude & never showed up. Guy on the phone sounded disgruntled at life in general and was pretty rude, so I had a hunch when I originally called to make an appointment that these folks were going to be a problem. Against my better judgment, I made the appointment anyways because a friend had recommended them. Sure enough, they never even showed up. I even called to confirm the day before. I took off work to be home during the morning time block they specified so they didn't just waste my time, they wasted one of my sick days. If you can't even trust these jokers to show up when they say they will, how can you trust them to do decent work? I hope this review saves someone else a headache.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

The water heater in our house on Velva Drive Chesapeake VA was flagged by a house inspector for not having a pan at the base. I reached out to JC plumbing via text messages and they were at the site the next day. Their high level of professionalism and communication forced me to google the company name to rate them. I am glad I chose this company. Their prices are reasonable and their services are just amazing. If JC plumbing schedule could accommodate your request for service, you will be left as a happy customer.

I called them and they were able to send someone out the same day within an hour after I called. It’s great that I was able to have that peace of mind. Vince was quick but very thorough and helped identify my problem. I’m very appreciative and would definitely use them again.
