Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

Paid 250 dollars for him to switch dampers in attic, refused to come back to switch it back.Left us hanging, almost killed ourself trying to go to attic to find those dampers. Resorted to call someone else

Horrible ..James the plumber from discount plumbing came and did work and left a mess and did not clean up anything . Horrible .. discount plumbing is a good company.do not let them send James to do any work .

Sean helped me out big time yesterday. I am so impressed with his helpfulness! I called him to set up an appointment to come look at why my backyard outdoor faucet was not working. Over the phone he asked me to check something before he came out where I would be charged. With his advice I was able to get my outdoor faucet working. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Mark came out and took care of our problem the same day we called! He was knowledgeable, and took care of our plumbing issues in record time. Honest, professional and friendly. Excellent service!

The company was quick to contact me to apologize, which I really appreciated. I, in no way, am trying to get anyone in trouble, it's just that hygiene is all the more in our minds in this pandemic.

ORIGINAL:They had good availability, which was nice, and the technician was cordial, prompt and did a good job. However, when he began to unclog our toilet, he didn't use any latex gloves, was reaching into the toilet barehanded with toilet bowl water splashing all over our floors. After the toilet was repaired, he never washed his hands until I asked him, explaining we have small children in the house. Additionally, he never cleaned up the water on the floor. So I had to Lysol everything he had touched to include the floor. He fixed the problem in a timely manner, but I'm not sure if these are normal hygiene practices for this company, I'd like to think not.

I have know Jack and his wife for years. Jack's work ethic is top notch. His people are polite, right to the point and do the job right the first time. He and his people do not overcharge. They come when they say they will come. The do not do things, just to charge you money. I have always and will always give Jack a GREAT recommendation and refer him to everyone I know. I have been doing it for years and will continue to do so. Thank Jack for a great job as usual.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼
