Best Faucet in Virginia Beach VA

Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

Atomic is always a pleasure to work with. They show up as scheduled and courteously and correctly correct any plumbing needs we have had. Never leave a mess behind.

Had a clogged toilet and neither repeated plunging or snaking worked. So I called Precision at 9AM & was told by Melissa that a Plumber would be there in about an hour. I had an afternoon commitment at 1PM and wouldn't be home, but this timetable sounded OK to me, so I went with it. At 10:30 when I hadn't heard anything more, I called back and was told the Plumber was on his way and coming from South Norfolk, about a 20 minute ride, and he would call me. When I heard nothing by 1120, I called back to Melissa and told her I had an afternoon commitment and if the Plumber couldn't get there soon, I would have to go with someone else. And that no one called me. And I mentioned an apology would be nice. To that, Melissa said I'll mention that to the. . . uh, I apologize... The Plumber called me 15 minutes later and told me he had been working jobs in Virginia Beach all morning and was currently in Greenbrier - and had NOT been in South Norfolk as Melissa had told me previously. I told him it was too late and went with a different company. Precision Plumbing was a waste of my time.

Of course I am gonna rate 5 stars. This is a family business. (My family) 3 generations could be working on the same job. And mrs. Dodd answers the phone. Mr. Dodd (my dad) has been doing hvac, electric, plumbing and gas fitting for more years than I have been alive. I have worked for the family forever now my son is working. A true family business. We must be doing something right because we have had the same customers for years, now we take care of their children and even a few grand children. Although we do advertise a bit, referrals is how most people hear about us. Maybe we get so many referrals because we not only enjoy our customers but we are greatful to be asked to come in your homes and help remedy your problems.

I used Z-line for replacement of storm door and they were fantastic. Tim was very friendly and helpful and tolerated my crazy dogs jumping on him. He’s clearly a dog lover… door looks great and they looked at a few other projects I need done. They can do most anything and they were fair and honest and didn’t recommend anything I didn’t need right now. Will be using again for sure! They also give military discount which is always appreciated!

Robin called me back quickly came out to my house on time. He had a positive attitude and left my bathroom cleaner than what it was when he got there. I highly recommend Robin with Bay Breeze Plumbing.

All I can say is wow. Very friendly, helpful gentleman. Did a quick diagnosis on the phone. I lucked out because he was nearby and deduced the issue over the phone as a quick fix (hopefully). He swung by within the hour, it was a quick fix, and I have to say I've saved his info to share with other people. Highly recommended.

This company was very professional. Had a busted water heater early on a Saturday morning. Called, and within just over 2 hours, the technician, Joe #2181, was at my door. Fixed the problem promptly, even mentioned the online coupon, though I already had it :-). Would recommend Roto-Rooter to others.
