Called and got put on hold, then hung up on 3 times in a row. Doesn’t give you a good feeling. Plenty of other businesses in the area.

Needed someone to mount my 65 inch television on my wall. Timothy from Z-line arrived and provided very professional services. He explained everything that he was about to do, and did an excellent job. Was surprised at their cost being that other companies quoted me for double their price. I had a gas leak in my hot water heater line and called the gas company at the smell of gas. A worked from Virginia Natural gas come to my home, detected the leak and red ragged my meter. That's when I called Discount Plumbing and was assigned Mike. Mike arrived a my home the same day I called and in a timely fashion. He was knowledgeable, professional and knew his trade. He quickly repaired the leak and set my gas lines up for a pressure test. He explained the process of obtaining a permit and having the city inspector come to my home. All of the paperwork was completed by Discount Plumbing on their end and I had my hot water turned on after only 2 days. I would recommend Discount Plumbing to anyone and I plan on using them again should I need plumbing services in the future.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.
