Precision plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who has been using them for many many years… I contacted them the next day and actually spoke to the owner of the company. I had a few plumbing repairs that needed to be addressed he immediately put me in contact with the main office and set me up for an appointment the following day. The office staff set everything up very professionally and texted me the next day when the technician was on his way. Fine gentleman named Joshua showed up to the house on time he was very professional he assessed the problem and went right to work didn't hesitate I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing so I left him alone to do his work he finished the repairs at a good pace the whole time explaining to me what he was doing and showing me and I really appreciated that the whole experience was nothing short of stellar everybody I talk to on the phone very professional and Joshua was just the icing on the cake I couldn't of asked for a better technician thank you precision plumbing I'm a customer for life and I will be calling upon you in the future As well as referring your company to friends and family that need plumbing work or repairs I want to personally think the owner the staff in the office that arranged the order and the technician that came out and did the work thank you so much great job I recommend this company 100% five stars for sure thank you again precision plumbing

Over the phone he asked me to check something before he came out where I would be charged. With his advice I was able to get my outdoor faucet working. We installed a new dishwasher and did not have proper drain fittings. The old piping had rusted with holes. A-1 Sewer & Drain installed new plumbing and fixed the leaks. The service man was polite and knowledgeable, taking a reasonable amount of time to reach a solution to our problems. I want to highly recommend this company. They are the most professional plumbers we have ever encountered. Rob, Tony and Brian replaced the Quest piping in our house that had given us issues for years. They were knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and hard-working. Nothing against the plumbers themselves or the work but I will never call on them again because the person who sends them out on calls was an absolute nightmare to talk to. It ended up costing me a $170 for them to come out and wasn't able to help me because they don't do certain jobs. I had explained what I needed to the woman but she didn't advise their limitations in regard to the job I needed. So all they did was repeat back what I had already knew and charged me for the privilege. She threw jabs at me and accused me of giving her inaccurate information when I followed up. I work in customer service and I have never used snide remarks or tried to debate with them to win an argument. Totally unprofessional.
