Anthony is awesome! I had a dripping kitchen faucet. My husband and a friend tried to fix it and stopped the dripping but ended up with very little to almost no water pressure in the sink and dishwasher. Plus the kitchen faucet leaked from both handles every time I turned it on. I called another company and they didn't have anyone available to come out for 4 days. I called Cecilia's Home Repairs and they had someone available to come out within the hour. Anthony installed a new faucet and fixed the water pressure and leaking in less than 15 minutes. I'm glad to have my kitchen sink and dishwasher back so quickly and the prices are also very reasonable.

This company was the savior when our condominium complex of 42 units suffered an unexpected gas leak in our Associations hot water heater. With no hot water due to an emergency gas shut off, the first plumber called to the job could not make the repair due to the size of the pipe. Sean was called at 4:30 pm from another property manager's recommendation. He showed up within 30 minutes to look at the problem. Recognizing the importance of this repair for so many families, he went outside of normal operating procedures you see with 9 - 5 contractors, and acquired the necessary equipment for the size of the pipes, and spent the evening hours making the repair. THEN....in the morning, he went down to the permit office first thing to personally make sure a permit was not only pulled, but an inspection could be lined up for that day. He then came back to the site to wait for the inspector, to make sure he would not be missed, and the repair was approved so the gas could be turned on. In less than 24 hours the repair was done, a permit was pulled, an inspection was completed, and the gas was turned back on so 42 residents could resume hot water use and showers! This effort and expertise is hard to find in a contractor and is such a value. He has earned our loyalty and support through his honest and straight forward efforts that were clearly intended to help the folks affected from this emergency ordeal. We thank you very much! Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼

I called A1 on 9/22 for issues with a shut-off valve at a toilet and decided to go ahead and have another item I needed taken care of( back yard hose hookup) at the same time. They were able to send out Justin later that day around 5-6pm. Justin arrived and quickly determined what was needed, gave me a full description of the work he was going to perform, the estimated time, and quote, and then after I approved he quickly got to work and got the job done.Unfortunately, however, the next day we noticed our water was constantly running and it sounded like it was coming from near where the hose hookup was replaced. I called A1 back after hours and they had Pat call me back. Pat and I spoke regarding a potential warranty call and he checked in with his supervisor and got approval to do this call after hours because it was not standard procedure. Pat came out as quickly as possible, diagnosed the issue, gave me a full description of what was going on along with an extra heads up about my dehumidifier, and resolved the problem with the work from 9/22 at no additional cost.I cannot speak highly enough of either of these guys. Even though Justin’s work may have needed to be re-done, the level of customer service and the interactions I had with Pat, Justin, and even dispatch were second to none and I will recommend A1 to anyone in a heartbeat. The level of professionalism from everyone involved makes me believe this customer focused and professional mindset exists across the whole organization. Thanks again for the assistance with the needs at my house, and I will for sure be calling back if and when I need anything in the future. Please give my thanks to everyone involved.
