If you are like me when it comes to repairs I am just used to opening my wallet and let myself be robbed because of not being mechanically inclined. I got three estimate for repair to my AC unit and was given a range of 3000 to 5500 dollars being told this was needed, that was needed and so on. Anyway with money being tight I tried one more estimate and contacted James Dodd Plumbing and Air. The office staff was very friendly and was able to get Mr. Dodd himself out there the same day. So what the other repair places made seem like the end of the world turned out that just a minor repair was needed and the cost was minor. I was so relieved. Brian was the Technician for the Spring maintenance on my air conditioning. He called when he was on his way. When he arrived, he introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. When he came into the house, he made sure he had his booties on. Overall, Brian seemed to know his job very well.
