Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

I was notified by my pest control inspector of a leak under my house and I contacted Roto-Rooter after trying to contact another company who didn’t call back. I can’t remember the name of my technician but he was quick, thorough and efficient. He located the source of the leak and made the needed repairs to get our home water tight again. Mark Smith is our water remediation specialist and he put my mind instantly at ease when he assured me the repair of the damages from the water leak would be covered under my homeowners policy and he’s currently working with me to file that claim. So far I couldn’t be more pleased with the way this company handled everything. Hopefully I’ll be able to update this as the claim goes on and repairs are made.

We called A1 plumbing because of a hot water heater issue back in February at one of our restaurants. At that time we needed to replace it completely. A1 was efficient and responsive so that our daily operations were not impacted by this issue. Fast forward to this week (June 22). The same water heater they replaced in February needed to be replaced again! They came back out, assessed the situation in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. A replacement hater water was installed the very next day and we were credited for the one they put in a few months back. Good business all around. We will use them again for sure!

Fast professional help with an older house sewer line back-up on Christmas Eve. Mine was a real challenge that needed the experienced plumber they sent. Well equipped, experienced, and determined. We had plumbing issues that fell on the weekend. The technician Gary was able to come out and fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We were very appreciative and will definitely use them in the future!!

The tech. was very friendly and courteous. He was honest about the work we wanted and suggested to replace faucet instead of just replacing gaskets. He suggested it would be more efficient for us. He got the work done quickly and was very neat about his work.

My house has the original 80 YO cast iron sewage drains which started leaking. Jason gave me fair estimate and completed the job quickly. The repair looked very professional and most importantly fixed the problem. I strongly recommend Them as they show up on time and do an excellent job for a fair price. Worked very fast and efficiently

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.
