Best Clogged Drains Repair in Virginia Beach VA

I used Guy Smith to install a new HVAC system in a rental property in 2016. When my tenant notified me that the system was not cooling properly this summer, I contacted Guy Smith for service. It took a number of visits to properly diagnose and complete the repair but each time I called the office, I spoke to Gayle and she was friendly, understanding, patient and committed to getting my issue resolved. She never made me feel like I was bothersome in my repeat calls which was most appreciated! Technicians were sent out promptly each time and Guy Smith went above and beyond to complete my service repair needs at no additional cost due to the repair being found to be covered under warranty. I would highly recommend Guy Smith for exceptional customer service and quality!

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Mr. William Ross came up to inspect my crawl space for a smell and potential broken pipe, very professional and communicated everything well to me. Outstanding service, still got a process left to do but assured us the problem will be fixed.
