Approximately 3 days ago I arrived at my home after driving 9hrs at around 3am to find that I had a massive leak that I later learned was my supply line. Never having had to deal with this before, I obviously freaked out and got the water turned off. Later that morning after calling multiple plumbers local to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area I had one come out from a different company (NOT MR. ROOTER) that immediately wanted to charge me $3.5k just to break up concrete and look for the leak. He did not turn the water on, or so much as shine a flashlight on the area I said water was coming from. The next company wanted me to do leak detection through a 3rd party first and then have them do the repair, the leak detection was quoted to be about $500, most other places charge much less.

This is significant because Mr. Zhane Albrecht from Mr. Rooter not only found the leak that was actually located above ground, but explained to me how the damage occurred, why it occurred and how he was going to fix it. This guy is the walking epitome of customer service and satisfaction, he wasn't pushy and you could tell he was advising on matters as if it were his own home which speaks volumes to his character as a professional that cares about people.

Rarely is it ever a good circumstance to have to call out a plumber, but through the unfortunate issue I had, I was thankful I had somebody knowledgeable and honest enough to see me through to the other side WITHOUT trying to rake me over the coals. Thanks Zhane, you're the man!

Will did a quick repair on toilet after going to Lowe's for the part. He tried 3 different stores to try to find what he needed to repair my sink faucet. There is only a Lowe's in this end of Suffolk so traveled a long ways to get that part. It did not fit but he was able to increase pressure in the faucet.

Chandler was awesome! He knew his job and also informed us of things to do. I could not be happier with a service company.

The technician that arrived at my location had an apprentice in tow. The tech seemed very confident he could do the job....very cocky. He then criticized the manufacturer of the item he was there to repair and indicated Why did I buy this cheap item? It is a lowes/home depot item. And He wasn't surprised it broke. Then he proceeded to quote me a price of close to 200.00 for the repair. When I said no thank you I will wait he said What did I think the price was going to be? I have him a price of what I thought was fair and he accepted that price without hesitation. I indicated why did he price it so high before and he said Do you want the discount or not? I took it and he put my part in. He was done in under 10 minutes. I can't say that I am thrilled about the experience...what I can tell you is chew them down on price because he didn't appear to want to leave when I said no thank you and the price became more reasonable after that.

Had a leaking ring, replaced ring and sealed nice. Had another issue with the main drain being clogged, they will be working on that next. Good service, professional.Update: replaced my drain line due to Terra cotta pipes and age, installed a city access point for city to clear their clog. All clogs done, price reasonable, yard looks fine afterwards and no back ups. Overall pleased with work done. I'll update yard photo soon.

Tony was super nice and very helpful. He was able to come to our house ASAP and was affordable as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him in the future should we need a plumber again.
