Our upstairs AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave in July so I booked a service call on a Monday afternoon and the technician showed up early the next day. Very professional, responsive and explained everything clearly.

The responsiveness and friendliness of the staff were positive. I requested for a pipe leak repair and drywall restore. I got the quote based on the two tasks. But they only did the pipe repair and said that they have to leave the drywall open for at least 2 weeks. I was expecting a reduction in billing since they did only one task out of the two, but that didn't happen. Overall I feel that the billing is bit higher for the task and the items they bought for the task.

They did an amazing job!! I had Wayne and his partner (can’t remember name) come and fix a clogged drain and leaking toilet. They had it fixed within the hour. Gave me an estimate before performing work. They cleaned up after themselves as well. Would definitely call again for any other plumbing needs.

We closed on our first home in early May and almost immediately realized there was a plumbing issue. I called ALI-COR because of the positive reviews and I liked that they were Google Certified. Since my home is a flipped, historic property, quite a bit of investigation had to be done to find out what the real issue was. After 3 different visits, our plumber, Brandon Segara, found the cause of the problem. He and two other plumbers spent an entire day here digging and rerouting pipes. They charged me a flat rate for the work and I am happy to report that I have had no plumbing issues since. They took a huge burden off of my shoulders and didn't leave me penniless. My experience with ALI-COR Plumbing was excellent and I would recommend them to anybody in the area
