Once again they have come out to do the Spring Peak Maintenance and again screwed up. Everything has been fine until this afternoon. Now neither the inside air handler nor the outside unit is working. It's cold in the house. After the problems I had last year, I have the general manager's phone number and when I called he said he could not help me as he was out with his family. Glad he is comfortable while my family suffers without heat tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IN the fall they broke pieces of the air handler, and the time before this they left us without hot water.. UUGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH

Terrance was the absolute best!! He was so friendly and knowledgeable and was able to come before his scheduled time. My kids loved watching him work and he was so friendly with them! My favorite part was just talking with him while he worked, he's such a great human being. I will definitely request him if/when another problem arises!
