I had a very good experience with this company. All the workers were courteous, friendly, and professional . Mr Anthony as well as his staff kept me informed of any changes that occurred.

We had a main drain clog and EVERYTHING was backed up. We had already been quoted astronomical prices to fix it by two other plumbers. So we tried all we could to fix it ourselves. Once we realized we couldn't do it, I called one last company for a quote. Roto-Rooter. They told me they would give me a free estimate and wouldn't charge me a cent until I was satisfied that it was fixed. The guy came a couple of hours later on Sunday night, with no extra charge for weekends. He had a drain camera, and all the other tools necessary to get the job done in about 30 minutes. We had spent a day and a half trying to get done what he did in 30 minutes! That night we were showering and laundering our clothes in our own home and we were so happy. John and his crew came out and fixed my leak on my sink and my bathroom tub, they were fast and to the point explaining everything along the way and making sure I knew what they were doing as they were doing so! (I ask a lot of questions) didn’t give me any fuss or hassle on the things needing repaired and didn’t try to push any other sales on me. Prices are great and will definitely be using their company again when the time comes!

I was impressed with the quality of service received during my emergency service call. My service included an emergency clean out with a camera scope investigation. The clean out began at 11:30 PM and concluded at 3:30 AM. The scope investigation took place about a week later.The technician completed the work thoroughly and professionally. He had complications getting the snake moving in the direction it needed to go, but worked diligently and patiently until the work was done. The only reason I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that the service was pretty pricey compared to other service providers in the area, but it was an emergency situation and the toilet need to be pulled for both the clean out and the camera investigation, so that should count towards something.I would recomment Roto-Rooter Plumbing for emergency situations.
