Best Bathroom Plumbing Work in Virginia Beach VA

My toilet was spraying water and making terrible noises when flushed ... normally I would try to YouTube it myself but felt I really needed a plumber for this job. After looking at the NextDoor app, I decided to call Atomic Plumbing and Drain. I wasn’t disappointed ... Justin Duke was professional, clean, courteous and the job was done in a timely and affordable manner. I would absolutely recommend Atomic Drain and Justin in particular to anyone looking for a plumber :)

I called this business at about 2 am in the morning on sat. Five minutes later I got a return call and was able to set up an appointment for sat morning at 8am. Tony Jr was here and looked at the problem with my water heater and after telling me my options of a repair that may not last a week or so, we discussed the option of a new water heater. The new water heater was installed the same day after he went and got the water heater and all parts for it. By the time he first came to the job, and it being
finished was 2 hours and 15 minutes. So quick service and very knowledgeable. Would use them again. Thanks.

Two service pros arrived at my home , at the time set for the appointment. They were professionally dressed, knowledgeable, asked what I wanted done, and gave me options, without pressuring me in any way. They answered my questions and did not rush me as I was deciding which of options I wanted to choose. I decided on a new toilet, as the old one was leaking and about 20 years old. I also decided on a new kitchen faucet as the old one leaked enough to raise my water bill. I could have been persuaded to get a new garbage disposal, but they felt it did not yet need replacing. I was really impressed that they did not visit back and forth with each other but were task focused. I was also impressed by the fact all info was displayed on paper as well as on my cell phone and I downloaded and saved the info. They showed me what they were doing and everything met my satisfaction. I am delighted to give these two men a 5 star rating. In the future, I will certainly use All Day Plumbing again, if I have any more concerns.

Prompt service. Polite employees and agreeable prices. The technicians took care to place tarps to protect our carpets as well as to explain what they were doing during each step. The repair was done efficiently and the technicians took considerable care to clean up. We will definitely recommend to both family and friends.

Called on Saturday around noon, emergency rates applied, but he called 20 min out as he was on another call and was here in one hour from my appt made. Professional, courteous, and cleaned up behind himself. Have used Co. Before and very happy with the jobs performed. Thank you

Non-responsive. Promised a call back and follow up twice. I rather a vendor tell me that they are busy rather than keep asking me to text messages but then never respond as a courtesy.

Jim was so nice and helpful, explained things in a way I could understand, did all the work in a timely manner, with care and efficiency. Will definitely be using him again.

Outrageous pricing! Repairman was nice and courteous but $370 for an hour is too much. He apologized for being fast when I mentioned this but the issue is they charge too much for the job (clean out aerator and snake a drain) not that he was too speedy! Never should have switched plumbers!
