Scott showed up at a moments notice to inspect the boiler in our Tailor shop. Long story short, we were lead to believe there was gas fumes coming from a stack. After thorough assessment he determined thankfully that was not the issue and so relieved! Being a holiday week I was surprised that anyone would even show up, but grateful that he did!

Jim Bertolino plumbing has been nothing but exceptional with the plumbing situation for my wife and I. Long story short we bought a new home and the plumbing was installed incorrectly from previous owners. He helped us find the issue and now is going to repair at a fair price. (Incorrect piping, and no city permits for the previous plumbing job) This company has REAL PLUMBERS not handyman. He knows what he’s talking about. Not to mention the customer service has been amazing and he helped teach my wife and I who are new home owners many things about some basic plumbing issues. If you are in the Virginia Beach area you should not be calling any other plumber
