The air condition in the house quit working last night and it was already 85 degrees this morning in the house. We received a call that Steve would be here in a hour and he showed up and quickly fixed the air condition. I would use this company again. Thanks for the quick service.

It's been a couple years since I've used Atomic Plumbing. This time I needed a water heater replaced as the old one started leaking the night before. The customer service was excellent. I talked to Deanna to see if I could get someone out the same day. She was very nice and professional and called me back to let me know the ETA. The technicians, Justin D. and Mike Casey arrived in less than 30 min. They were both professional, prompt, and helpful. They ended up replacing the water heater and insulated the pipes. After the quick install, Justin showed me how to adjust the temp, where the on/off valve is located, and explained the State heater unit to me. I am very happy with Atomic Plumbing and the service yet again!

We had a leaking faucet and very little pressure in both of our bathrooms. The technician was efficient, courteous, on time and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was happening and fixed the problem with no price haggling. Our plumbing is outdated. He had to go to the parts store and did so without a hassle. I will use them again. We have used other people but always a hidden fee. Not with this company.!

We found A1 through Angie and couldn't be happier! We were able to get an appointment for the very next day to install our gas stove after receiving quite the runaround from Lowes about installing the stove which was purchased through their website. Our appointment was scheduled for a 10am - 1pm window. At 10:15 I got a call from their office telling us that our technician was held up on another job and could we switch to a 2pm - 5pm window. Absolutely we could and appreciated their prompt communication with us. At 2:30 we received a call from our technician, Courtland, telling us he would be here at 3:45pm. He arrived at 3:45pm on the dot!Courtland was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and a joy to work with. He also did all of this while making the trip up to Richmond late on a Friday afternoon. A1 should be very proud to have this young man as an employee. We haven't had the pleasure of this level of professional service from a technician in a very long time.A1 has gained a customer for life in us for their exemplary service, great rates, and professionalism. Jason (the owner of ALi-Cor Plumbing) showed up personally to take care of my work. I have found that with many contractors, you are lucky if they show up at all, never mind on time, but Jason actually showed up a few minutes early. He looked at my job and quickly analyzed it and gave me a price. I've done alot plumbing work before, so I knew what was involved and his price was very fair. He immediately got to work on it and knocked it out fairly quickly and the quality was way above average. Jason gets straight A's on communication, work quality, professionalism and value. I know who I'm calling for my next plumbing project, no question. I highly recommend Ali-Cor Plumbing.
