I had an emergency gas leak in my house and VNG shut me off (good thing). Called Atomic and was up and running in three days. Would have been much sooner if it wasn't for the city inspector. Either way, they're workmanship is legit, their technicians are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you Sean, Zack and Justin!!edit:Had a water emergency late at night and while the cleanup crew was here Jim Miller came in a repaired all the items that need addressed. He was fast professional and constantly talking to his apprentice he had with him. I'm very glad he was here!

The tech was very knowledgeable; his troubleshooting was immediately accurate. We were told something totally different by another company, but Pricision was obviously more expert. The tech took his time to remove a difficult clog from the ground in this hot summer heat.

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

If not they happily leave with no charge for estimate. They give me different substantial discounts on multiple jobs and best of all, each job is guaranteed.
