Bill Martin came to my house and change my indoor and outdoor unit. Him and his assistant Moris gave me and my wife the best service and price around town. We highly recommend him to everyone.

The technician came to my house and temporarily fixed my heating unit. He said he thought the control board was bad. The next day they called and quoted me $750 for a new board and installation. I looked up the part number on Amazon and found out it was only $68 with free shipping. Installation appears to be very easy. I could screw this up 11 times and it would still be cheaper than to have them replace it once.

Mr. Raymond Hedin was the best technician I’ve ever had! He explained to me what was wrong, the ends and outs of what could be wrong, and the fixes to each problem. He made sure to make it known that if the problem is not fixed and future issues arise, then it would be the other option. He gave me all the information I would need to know even for the future. He worked fast and was so polite. HE EVEN WORE SHOE COVERS WITHOUT BEING ASKED lol that’s a big deal for me and having a toddler and a baby! He made sure everything was running well before leaving, took all the pictures he needed, and made sure everything was completely good to go before exiting my home! We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. I was extremely pleased with the complete overhaul of my HVAC system. TC was very responsive, honest and professional. Everything is working perfectly!

Outrageous pricing! Repairman was nice and courteous but $370 for an hour is too much. He apologized for being fast when I mentioned this but the issue is they charge too much for the job (clean out aerator and snake a drain) not that he was too speedy! Never should have switched plumbers!
