He is an honest plumber that gets the job done efficiently and takes pride in his work. He is now my go to plumber. He’s friendly and has stellar communication. His prices are reasonable.

Called Herb on Saturday to fix bathroom Service plumbing line leak. Although on his own time, he stopped wheat he was doing he showed up at my house in a very short period of time and within 30 minutes had fixed my issue. We had up front price agreed upon and although it wasn't exactly what we agreed upon, the change to the service was negligible in price. Both of my toilets became stopped up and I couldn't do laundry because of the clog. Your guy came to my house quickly and was determined not to leave until I had at least one working toilet. He solved the difficult problem, no small challange in an older home, and left me with everything working properly without additional expensive repairs.

They professionally installed and tested the plumbing and answered all questions to our satisfaction before leaving the site. Appreciate their assistance and great attitude.

They didn’t reconnect the new water heater to the drainage pipe that was on the old water heater. They broke my pantry closet bifold door and didn’t tell me. When I noticed it after I left, the office crew refused to help me. I emailed the manager who said she’d look into it a few weeks ago and never got back to me.

I was thinking about what to say in this review, but after reading the numerous negative reviews that have already been posted, it is not difficult to find what to say. This is a company that has little to no regard for customers. We were provided this vendor through our home warranty after having reporting a leaking pipe. When the plumber came out, he said that it was not a leaking pipe and that what we needed to do was repair the grout. I was skeptical and I asked him to remove the shower faucet plate to look at the fixture. His response was I have many years of experience and I can guarantee to you this is not a leak. Well, after a week of not using this shower, we have water coming through our ceiling onto our dining room table. When we called the home warranty company, they rebooked the same plumber. I was contacted by the plumber they scheduled an appointment the next day. They did not show up for the appointment so I called them I spoke to Jason said he was on his way running late. 15 minutes later I get a text stating the service call as been cancelled with no explanation. I tried to call them several times with no luck. TCP Plumbing screen their calls and let the answer machine pick up. Stay away from this unreliable business!!! They are so unperfessional.
