I usually can handle plumbing issues but Bertolino is the goto guy for any serious problem. The top listed Google plumber was clueless and I was happy to pay him his $150 visit fee and have him leave after he lost an o-ring in my pump out. Bertolino arrived in less than the 60 minutes he promised and stayed til 10pm to finish the job and get the water flowing in my house. His charges are reasonable and work is top quality.

Tony did a fantastic job diagnosing my plumbing problem. He arrived on time, was extremely professional. After discussing options, he quickly fixed my sink vent and outdoor shower. Highly recommended and I feel confident recommending him.

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.

For all the advertising that this company has done it did not even come close to living up to it. I would given them negative stars if I could.
I called them to do a simple main drain clearing. The process, very simple. Run a snake from my homes drain to the city's connect point to clear out a clog. The distance the snake would have to travel is no more than 35 feet. The charge that the great A-1 American wanted to charge was so unbelievable and Un-American that it boggles the mind. First it took them 3.75 hrs to get a technician to my home. That I understand to be typical, its the weekend. The technician looks nothing like what is advertised on TV. The truck was unmarked. The tech was in jeans and filthy. The charge for a service that should and in the past take 20 minutes was quoted to me to be wait for it...........$636.00. You read it correct $636.00 plus the $78.00 service call fee. If I were you and are considering using this company do not do it. They are awful and should be ashamed.

David G. fixed leaky faucets at indoor and outdoor locations at my home. He worked with me to come up with solutions that worked very well. David was willing to do extra work to avoid cutting into drywall. His professionalism and helpfulness were very welcome. Can’t say how happy I am with the service.
