Best Sewer Repair in Virginia Beach VA

Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

We had 4 leaks in our 2-story office building that added up to a bad odor. Under Brian's leadership, the team from Atomic did a great job identifying where the leaks were (smoke tests) and then cap the various pipes.

We had Jon come to our home to look at our ac unit he was very professional & gave us honest feedback. We had no idea our unit was 14 years old and replacing our unit wasn’t even what we were thinking about but now it has us prepared to start saving money to get it replaced ASAP. Over the last year, Gravity Plumbing has done multiple repairs at my residence. Prompt service. Polite employees and agreeable prices. The technicians took care to place tarps to protect our carpets as well as to explain what they were doing during each step. The repair was done efficiently and the technicians took considerable care to clean up. We will definitely recommend to both family and friends.

The real estate company I rent from send these men out to fix various issues. Jacuzzis, toilets,etc. Very quick and pleasant service every time. If they have to order parts I normally have to only wait a day or 2 and they are back. I have not had any problems with anything they have fixed and even though my Jacuzzi is kind of old they still managed to get a hold of the correct parts. Awesome service
