Cecilia Plumbing came to my home in Virginia Beach and moved a set of water supply lines, sink drains, and roughed in a shower, for my bathroom remodel. I have to say these guys were truely professional. There was a miscommunication on the location of a set of shower spray nozzles but they most definitely made it right. Their customer service is bar none, the best I’ve encountered in quite a while. Cecilia Plumbing put the needs of the customer first, cleaned as they worked, and after the job was done they did a final clean, as though they were never here. Thank you Cecilia Home Repairs!

I was very impressed with the service we received today. We had to call a plumber to replace a hot water valve under our kitchen sink. Best Buy was ready to install a new dishwasher yesterday. It couldn’t be completed due to a corroded hot water valve. Looked up plumber recommendations on NextDoor and Precision Plumbing had a lot of positive recommendations. So I called and they came today (next day) and fixed it without price gouging us (knowing we were desperate due to a new dishwasher now sitting in my garage waiting to be installed). The plumber, Josh, and his apprentice, Shawn, were very polite. I have now hired them to do more work for me next week. So glad we found them.

woke up to a real mess on Sunday morning.....Plant Plumming came within the hour, fixed the sewer line and did a wonderful job.....technician was very nice and efficient...couldn't ask for better service.

Joseph and Maurice were excellent! I just moved into my house and ended up with a very unexpected, large plumbing job ahead of me. A1 was quick to respond and talked me through the whole process. Joseph and Maurice were always respectful of my time and home. The job took several days and every day, they'd make sure to clean up after themselves. They did everything they could to make sure we were informed and comfortable during the whole process. I will absolutely use them again should I need more plumbing work.

Plumbing leak repair. Nick was awsome. Very professional and very detailed and friendly. Would use service again but was very disappointed that it took 8 days from first call to completion of solving the problem. I guess the reason in these times is always staffing shortages.

Todd was friendly and professional. He set an appointment and called me when he was on his way. He respected my home by using drop cloths to protect the floors and wiping his feet on the outside mat each time he came inside. Todd has a vast knowledge and he educated this first time home owner on a few plumbing and heating areas. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Tony was timely, courteous, and professional! Confirmed the leak and diagnosed the remedies same day. Was able to come out and repair very quickly! Definitely have Tony & Sons listed as my prime plumber from now on!

Terrible experience called to report a problem of the work that was done and the manager never let me talk and hanged up on me so unprofessional. Would never recommend them. Now my new kitchen has mold from the work that was done.
