We had a great experience with Atomic! We had a clogged drain that was unfortunately was not able to be cleared the first day they tried despite a valient effort by the specialist Jimmy. The job needed more in-depth work that was not able to be completed that day. Despite this not being Atomic's fault, they agreed to put half of what I paid for the unsuccessful repair towards their next attempt (thank you to Paul, one of the Managers). This was much appreciated! Another appointment was scheduled, and Robert came out. He was able to fix it this time and made sure to honor the previous agreement. Our experience dealing with Atomic both in person and on the phone was great as well. All of the employees we dealt with were kind and communicated with us openly and fairly about the scope of the job, prices, and scheduling. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to go back to them in the future or recomend them to anyone. The military discount was much appreicated as well. Thank you all for your help!

Called and left a message no return call. Called again the next day, still no return call on an emergency that needed fixed. Business couldn't give the courtesy to place a call back even if they were to busy, a call back would've been great. I'd go elsewhere

Precision Plumbing was great. Called late afternoon on Thursday with a non-emergency issue and they were at my home the Friday right on schedule. The Plumber was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Crawford was one of the best handyman I ever encountered. He demonstrated a the highest level of professional and respect for my family and home. He even went above an beyond to explain what he was doing; furthermore, instead of just throwing my items back under the sink he took time to organize them. T. I think this has to be the best service business in southeastern VA. First the gentleman answered the phone on Sunday evening and pleasantly gave me instructions to fix my problem. He walked me thru it over the phone. That's the type business character that grows dynasties. They are now the only plumbing service I'll call in the future. Approximately 3 days ago I arrived at my home after driving 9hrs at around 3am to find that I had a massive leak that I later learned was my supply line. Never having had to deal with this before, I obviously freaked out and got the water turned off. Later that morning after calling multiple plumbers local to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area I had one come out from a different company (NOT MR. ROOTER) that immediately wanted to charge me $3.5k just to break up concrete and look for the leak. He did not turn the water on, or so much as shine a flashlight on the area I said water was coming from. The next company wanted me to do leak detection through a 3rd party first and then have them do the repair, the leak detection was quoted to be about $500, most other places charge much less.

This is significant because Mr. Zhane Albrecht from Mr. Rooter not only found the leak that was actually located above ground, but explained to me how the damage occurred, why it occurred and how he was going to fix it. This guy is the walking epitome of customer service and satisfaction, he wasn't pushy and you could tell he was advising on matters as if it were his own home which speaks volumes to his character as a professional that cares about people.

Rarely is it ever a good circumstance to have to call out a plumber, but through the unfortunate issue I had, I was thankful I had somebody knowledgeable and honest enough to see me through to the other side WITHOUT trying to rake me over the coals. Thanks Zhane, you're the man!

I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

Lamont and Jamal were very friendly, on time and very personable. They helped to repair my leak in my kitchen. They were also highly recommended in the Indian River and other Chesapeake neighborhoods. They were also very respectful, they answered all of my questions. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely call them again.
