Anyone looking for a plumber, you can stop now...Jimmy is hands down the best! We first called him for an emergency burst pipe about a year ago and he came ASAP, worked quickly and efficiently and he really knows his stuff! He's even patient enough to explain what he's doing and how things work and answer all of my questions. And he works on things like it's his own house. He keeps things neat and comes equipped...he doesn't have to leave every 10 minutes to go to the hardware store. Since then he's installed a new toilet and a new awesome tankless water heater and even on a Sunday so we didn't have to go without! And it was actually going to be his personal water heater, but he let us have it so we didn't have to wait. He really is the best! Jimmy's got integrity and work ethic and you are completely confident the job is being done in the best way by the best person.

Anthony was great! Called at 11pm after another company never showed up after an hour with a plumbing emergency. He showed up within 30 minutes, worked quickly and educated us along the way. Would highly recommend using this locally owned company, Cecilia’s!

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

We had a main drain clog and EVERYTHING was backed up. We had already been quoted astronomical prices to fix it by two other plumbers. So we tried all we could to fix it ourselves. Once we realized we couldn't do it, I called one last company for a quote. Roto-Rooter. They told me they would give me a free estimate and wouldn't charge me a cent until I was satisfied that it was fixed. The guy came a couple of hours later on Sunday night, with no extra charge for weekends. He had a drain camera, and all the other tools necessary to get the job done in about 30 minutes. We had spent a day and a half trying to get done what he did in 30 minutes! That night we were showering and laundering our clothes in our own home and we were so happy. They kept an open line of communication with me, scheduled a appointment, was there on time, and got the job done fast allowing me to make it to work without calling out. Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

My home warranty company schedule an appointment with TCP Plumbing & Drains to fix a leak in one of my rental properties. I received a call from TCP to confirm that they had received the work order and to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up nor I didn't receive a phone call. I left two voicemail messages and have yet to receive a call back. My home warranty company attempted to contact them to see what was going on -- and received no response. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.
