Best Water Leak Detection in Tulsa OK

He was hired by Darwin Homes to fix our ac. We had two other contractors come out to look at it. He went through every step of cleaning and reconnecting our actual ducting in the crawl space. I am also having hom put insulation in the attic. Overall absolutely a great hard working guy. Very appreciative and grateful for him to work on our rent house. Once I get my own house 10/10 would hire to work on that as well.

I called Tulsa midtown plumbing after washer installation company said they couldn’t install due to corroded faucet. Midtown came to our house within the HOUR and checked the line and faucet, determined it was not corroded, installed the washer and it works like a dream. It’s nice to find an honest, reliable and speedy plumbing company. I’ll recommend them to anyone!

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Sons of Service is always my go to! I consistently refer them to all my clients as they are always professional, timely, and overall go out of their way good service. I can't recommend them enough!

I called Chris for help with a pool leak emergency. He was able to come in an hour to assess the situation. We agreed on a course of action that required the purchase of some new parts. When he saw the price of the parts he realized he could add an additional half hour of labor and save me about $100. He finished the project on the same day I called. His charge for his labor was very reasonable. I moved to Tulsa two years ago. Chris is one reason I like Tulsa more than the Washington, DC area, my former home for 40 years: craftsmanship, fairness, and small business.

Service was fast and reasonably priced. My service tech had to overcome 15 years of corrosion to get the bonnet nut off and did a good job without damaging the pipe. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because after the service tech replaced the seals in the shower, the hot water lever would not go any hotter than warm. I mentioned this to the tech and he stated that it was the new cartridge and it would be ok. 15 minutes after he left, I took the shower handle cap off and reposition the lever so that I now have hot water. This was a minor issue that took a flat tip, a Phillips head screw driver and 2 minutes of my time to fix, but I shouldn't have had to do anything since I paid for the work that was done.

We had a broken pipe under our kitchen sink on a Friday morning. I contacted 4 plumbers. 3 stated they could not get to it until next week. I contacted Thompson Twin Plumbing. The office staff was very nice and friendly. She stated that she would call the boys in the field and see if they could fit me in. She called right back and said they could, but the boys were working in Tulsa so they would catch me on their way home. At 5:30 the boys called me and said they were on their way. When they arrived they were very courteous and nice. I know they must have been exhausted from their day, but they still worked very efficiently and took the time to explain the issue. They completed the job correctly. I feel they went above and beyond. I recommend Thompson Twin plumbing very highly. Thank you so much 😀

I am Bart Younger. The Airco crew ( 4 men) arrived at 8:00 am sharp to install a 15000 watt stand by generator. They consisted of their electrician plumber plus Nick & Johnny. Johnny and his assistant left at 7:00 pm. We are awaiting the city inspector to activate the unit. The entire crew worked as a unit with each having their specialty. They exceeded our expectations. Johnny answered any questions and followed through with any special requests. The entire crew graded out as an A. Johnny was A+. These guys worked in near 100 degree heat but didn’t let let that slow them down. We have utilized Airco on semi annual tune up to our HVAC units. Kudos to this local Company.Disregard. I have two serious issues which I sent photos of Airco’s performance since the above was written. If you would like to view Michelle Will undoubtedly provide.
