The plumbing tech that helped us switch from a standard hot water tank to a new tankless unit really knew his stuff. He came out to do an initial inspection and estimate. He explained everything that would be required for the installation and the types of tankless units we could go with. The installation was done professionally and cleanly with everything plumbed and routed as expected. I know we're going to enjoy having a constant supply of hot water while saving on our monthly gas bills.

Gary has been doing all the plumbing work for all of our rental properties for a couple of years now. He does great work for a very reasonable price and is very responsive. And I do not recall a project yet that turned into a much bigger job than he estimated, which is pretty common with a lot of others I've dealt with. He has seen it all and knows what to do and what to expect. I'm very happy with him and his helpers!

They were able to get me in within the next day. The technician, Terrance, was kind and curteous. He spent a lot of time fixing it. This was on a Friday. Then on Saturday evening it stopped working again. I just texted him to say, Hey, the fan stopped spinning. He immediately replied, I'll be there tomorrow morning. (Father's Day).
