Best Unclog Drain in Tulsa OK

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

The technician showed up early but we received a text and call prior to arrival asking if okay. Explained everything he was going to do thoroughly before starting and gave a cost estimate. Did the work with speed but amazing precision and we are extremely please. Final bill was what the estimate was which was very reasonable for the services performed

Used them through my home warranty. Very responsive office staff. Diagnosed my AC issue, worked to get approval from the warranty company very quickly, fixed the issue, and ensured everything else was in working order. Highly recommend.

Contacted One Way by internet at 6am they called me at noon and scheduled a time for 1:30. Arrived at scheduled time. Michael, the plumber was professional and courteous. Work was completed in an hour. I would use this service again and ask for Michael.

Jess and Cooper were incredible! I had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and they were able to replace the necessary parts and fix the issue. They were very detail oriented and professional. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Been working here for almost two years! They take care of their employees.

Had clogged kitchen drain so called AAA. Took trap apart under sink to run auger. Told had 50’ auger; later found ran only 25’. Unable to clear blockage. Suggested hydro jetting; asked price several times and never got answer. Said options were to pour sulfuric acid in drain (with all safety concerns) or hydro jet with $500 minimum price.
Called Roto Rooter; sent Tech Dallas Campbell who had drain opened within 15 minutes and charged $147
Paid AAA $100 for accomplishing NOTHING

Eric was very professional, friendly, and arrived on time. He was able to answer my questions about the problem and he presented options that can save us money. He also explained the next step if for any reason the problem will not be fixed with the option we chose. It’s been nine days and so far, we haven’t had any problem. Halfmoon Plumbing is the best! Our air conditioner stopped working on a humid August day. Absolute Air sent a knowledgeable and friendly technician the same day I called. David did fantastic work- had it running again in no time.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
