I woke up to the drains backed up with dirty water coming up through my shower floor and toilets overflowing. There are 4 of us living in the house and is stressful to say the least not having a working bathroom or shower. I called several places and Big C’s Plumbing came to the house the same day. I had a great experience with Air Solutions. My furnace went out last Thursday, I called Air Solutions, and they sent Brandon out that evening to take a look at it.

Brandon was very nice and did a thorough check up before explaining what the (multiple) issues were with my 24 year old HVAC system. I already knew from the noisiness, poor performance, and history of poor maintenance before I purchased the house that the HVAC was likely in need of a complete replacement. Brandon called the next day with a quote to repair the old one, giving me multiple options at different price points, but I decided I would rather get a new one than continue trying to patch up the old.

So on Friday, Darryl came out to do an estimate on a complete new HVAC. Air Solutions was the highest priced out of the three estimates I had gotten, but since you usually get what you pay for and I was not about to skimp on something this important, I went with them because I wanted to pay for quality equipment, installation, and customer service. Another thing that attracted me was their offer to install the next day - even on a Saturday - so I didn't have to suffer through the weekend without heat or take off a day of work to be there for the install.

First thing Saturday morning, Mike and Kyle showed up to do the installation and they were just as nice and professional as everyone I interacted with at Air Solutions. They gave me a couple of options for placement of the return air vent, sealed up a ton of leaks in the HVAC closet, reconfigured the filter placement so that I would not continue to have dirt sucked up in the system, and basically fixed all of the issues that had damaged my old system and run up my utility bills. Once they had all the new stuff installed, they walked me through filter maintenance, writing down the exact type I needed and where to purchase it, and demonstrated the new thermostat so that I had no questions about how to operate the system. They even offered to take a box of trash from my garage with them when they left to save me the trouble of disposing of it - this was top notch customer service!

The one hiccup in the whole experience came when I was working out financing for the new system, but it was quickly handled by Shelby in the Owasso office and, again, I was treated as if my happiness was their top priority. I'm so glad I chose Air Solutions and will continue to do business with them in the future.

We have been looking for a new HVAC company for about a year... thrilled to say we have found it! We have several rental homes and called Airco on a whim. They came out and fixed our dad's house, something that another company said could only be done by replacing the whole system. So then 4 weeks later, when a tenant called and said their heat wasn't working, I called them again. Within 90 minutes, the heater was working, my tenant was happy and my bill wasn't ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment for a furnace tuneup. The technician, Karim Bardai came on time. pleasant young man. I mentioned that I was told I needed a new inducer motor, by a different company. After checking things out he said that I need the new motor, but he could not match the price I had been quoted. He began explaining what needed to be done. Telling me the information I should give to the other company. With the knowledge he imparted, I told him I was more comfortable having him do the repair. Great person to do business with.
