Best Their Plumbing in Tulsa OK

Very professional. Had to have a new unit installed and I could not be more pleased at the experience I had with everyone. Matt did a great job diagnosing my issue. Rusty brought me a portable A/C unit until my new unit could be installed. Rusty even moved the install date up from the original projection. Sam and Cameron did a fabulous job installing the new unit. Everyone was professional, friendly, and had excellent communication through the entire process. I would highly recommend Jack Nelson Service Experts.

Eric was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. He provided clear options and pricing. He was punctual which meant I didn’t have to wait around in a time window. He is so polite and I completely trust Half Moon Plumbing with all our plumbing needs.

The technician was on time and fixed the issue quickly.

So first off, I had called King Plumber to come out to my property I manage to fix an issue with a toilet in one of the units. The guys that came were very nice. They even went as far as teaching me how to fix the issue (as it was a simple fix). Which we definitely appreciated! Most companies would never do that, because they would be missing out on more business for them.
We called them back out for a water heater that had went out. Again, they were very nice and had the new water heater installed very quickly! With all that being said, we will never use any other plumbing company for my property! :)

Friendly nice and not rude

I have been using One Way Plumbing since 2003. Chad and his staff are always helpful and kind. They arrive when they say they are going to be there and actually set an appointment time...not a 4 hour window of time. Today I needed their assistance and Logan came to my aid. He repaired a toilet issue and an outside leaking faucet. He was straight up with me on what he found the problems to be and what it would take to fix them. You can trust this company and Logan was great. Thank you, Logan!

These guys came out and installed new AC unit on my home. They advised me to Go bigger than I was planning, and I’m glad I followed their advice. $$ well spent!Knowledgeable, skilled, good people.Make the right choices in life.... call these guys!Also, had a sewer line backup. Called TORCH, they saved my butt! ..... literally

We contacted this company to fix a dishwasher. They agreed to come knowing it was an appliance. They arrived, said they don’t normally work on dishwashers. Proceeded to take it apart, identified a valve (that we said we thought was the issue). They removed the valve, blew into it with their mouth and said “yep sounds like this is the problem”. Then proceeded to notify my husband that they charge $250 an hour- includes any travel time to go pick up the parts needed, labor etc. my husband said no thank you. They charged us $250 just to come out. NEVER use this company. I’ve never heard of a $250 service fee. I’ve tried over multiple days to ask for a partial refund from the owner and he refuses. And- the valve wasn’t the issue it turns out just FYI. This company did not troubleshoot the issue.

Scott Owens Plumbing is the way to go- very professional, knowledgeable and experienced and extremely fair pricing wise.

They came out the day I called about frozen pipes. They ended up replacing a cracked pipe. They were very speedy!! Then the next day I had another crack in a different pipe and they came out within 2 hours and fixed it. They only charged me for material the 2nd trip.

This is our third time using Half Moon and they will remain our GO-TO guys for plumbing work. Professional, friendly, and they somehow take care of us quickly even when I know they have a lot of work going on. Shout-out this time to Nathan and Evan - thanks guys!
