Tried to contact, but, can't get a call back. If they don't want to do the job, at least, give me a courtesy call. Just disappointed about that. Otherwise, IDK. about their work.

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

Jack Nelson Service Experts installed our HVAC last week . Clayton & Garrett did the removal of the old unit and total instalation of the new unit. They did a great job and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Jack Nelson Service Experts as they have keep our old unit in top shape for over 17 years with the twice a year maintenance agreement . With this maintenance they caught a major problem in our unit that could have left us with no heat or air if the motor had gone out. Thank you Jack Nelson Service Experts

Had a draining issue with my bath tub. The young man that came out to look at the drain, figured out the problem and had the issued fixed within 2 hours. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Very rude and not at all what they advertised. All these 5 star reviews have to be faked! I called at 12:30am because of a clog I desperately needed fixed right away. The guy who answered the phone answered with a big sigh then plumbing in such an apethic tone you would think we were a bother. I asked if they were available that night since they were listed as 24 hour plumbers. He replied there was no way he could get anyone out b/c they have already worked a 14 hour shift and just left work. They weren't going to come back in. I asked why they were listed at 24 hours if that was the case. He said that they try to be available at all times but that's not always the case. He sounded upset we even called. I will not recommend or even bother trying them again.

Ayris came to my home to replace a hot water tank but the space was too small to complete the installation to code. Even though he wasn't guaranteed to come back to do the job with a smaller tank and was paid nothing for this trip out, he went ahead and climbed up into the attic to check the size of the gas line just in case we decided to choose a tankless water heater, which is no small task. He walked me through my options with detail and told me what modifications would have to be made if we choose a tank heater. I'm always impressed when professionals go the extra mile and I'll update my review when we have Ayris back to do the installation.
