I had contacted another company for an estimate, and Mullin beat their quote by hundreds of dollars! As party of my project, I had requested installation of a lever type of bathtub drain. Chad had expressed some reservations about that type of mechanism when he gave me the estimate, and he was right. A main component of the part is now made of plastic ... rather than brass, the way it used to be. The plastic piece broke immediately ... even before the installation could be completed. Chad recommended an alternative type of drain mechanism to meet my specific needs. He even fabricated a tool for me, so I can open and close the bathtub drain from a standing position. Chad went above and beyond my expectations! Thanks, Mullin Plumbing!

After the service call, a man [cannot remember his name 🙁] from Roto Rooter called to make sure everything went as smoothly and professionally as possible- WOW!After some VERY, VERY bad luck with service providers and contractors in the past, I am thoroughly impressed and relieved.
