The young man listened to my husband. He was very professional and friendly. Got our system working and it was at a great price. Seems the last company we had out, price gouged us. We had a massive sewer issue on our hands and ASAP underground came out and solved the problem in no time. They diagnosed the issue as a problem with our old clay mainline (which caused sewer back up), brought the crew out the next day and fixed our mainline. I cannot thank Grant and his crew enough for their outstanding job they did.
