We have used Acts of Service for the last 5 years. Every project has been done on time and always an attention to the details. Drywall is cut square, the area of service is left clean, friendly staff, and they always wear shoe coverings. Fixing an exterior faucet, fixing a low toilet flange, repairing a leak in the wall, pressure test, and gas line work are some the services we have used them for.
We are always pleased with their work!

I woke up to the drains backed up with dirty water coming up through my shower floor and toilets overflowing. There are 4 of us living in the house and is stressful to say the least not having a working bathroom or shower. I called several places and Big C’s Plumbing came to the house the same day. Technician Matthew Sanders did an excellent job assessing the leak in a undercounter water filter system. He quickly and efficiently replaced the filters, reminded me that the membrane needed to be replaced and made recommendations regarding a new faucet. He arrived on time and was very professional. I will be using Half Moon Plumbing again!

Save yourself the frustration and call someone else.

They no-showed, and didn’t even reach out. After 30 minutes past time they said they’d arrive I called for an update to be rescheduled. That happened 3 times. They didn’t reach out to at least give me a head’s up, and even copped an attitude on the phone when I asked for a real time that they would actually arrive.

Then the tech was rude to my girlfriend, as I was out of town the day they finally got around to doing the work. He then called me and said he’d be back to finish a fan cleaning. Of course he never showed.
Glad to be done with this company. Complete lack of professionalism and class.

I called Allied Plumbing last night and left a message about my running toilet. Seth called me back at 8am this morning and Ryan and Micah were there to fix my issue at 10am. They were very friendly and courteous, and protected my floors by covering their shoes. They replaced a couple of parts and were done in 15 minutes. I will definitely call them again.

They never got back to me. Bad customer service
