I had standing water by my water heater and furnace. The drain line was clogged and they came out the same day I called. Casey and Jared were very professional and courteous. They happily answered any questions I had. Will use acts of service plumbing again if I have any other issues.

They don’t clear drains. Wouldn’t have called them if I’d known. Waste of time and money 😡

We called Torch after another company immediately, without investigation, told us our water pressure problem was likely a slab leak and we would need to schedule detection services. Even on the phone, other options and possibilities were explained to me and Torch scheduled someone to come out and look around. It turns out our issue was something relatively simple and affordable to fix. The plumber that Torch sent even advised us on some DIY repairs that were minor, but could save us money. They will be our go to plumbing service from now on!

Rick and his company are nothing short of amazing. They have been to our home twice for different things. One was a botched plumbing job from someone else and they fixed us right up. Next our hot water tank died. Here comes Acts of Service to the rescue. We are now fully up to code and have hot water!

We are in an office condo complex, and our neighbors hired them because it appeared the leak was coming from their unit. While there, the ALD technician also came to our unit to inspect. He then told our neighbors he couldn't find a leak. Based on what he said, we hired a plumber to start digging with a backhoe in two different places. The plumber finally determined that the leak WAS under the slab. When we called ALD back, we were told that the technician knew where the leak was. We were very upset, wondering why we were not told about it on the first visit. In the meantime, we spent a great deal of time and money on a plumber. To his credit, the technician only charged half of the normal fee, but this entire situation cost us a lot.

Isaac was very friendly and professional. Fixed my faucet and asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at. I did show him another issue that was not urgent but an annoyance. He took a look and ordered parts. Very happy with his service!

Plumber Mike and his team always come to our rescue even on Sundays! He quickly fixed our water heater that was leaking everywhere. He has fixed gas leak and a really big slab leak. He is friendly and honest! I have recommended him to all my friends. Mike is going to unclog our French drains next.

George and his crew did a nice job for a fair price. They repaired and painted my porch. I would recommend him.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
