Another thing that is great about this company is they showed and quoted me the job at a fair price so I knew what I was going to pay upfront for this particular job! I have been hiring Ready Services for many years for Heat/Air and most recently for plumbing. The uniformed servicemen show up when they say they will and give a courtesy call to let me know they are on their way, which for me is very important - I don't like it when a company says we will be there between noon and 5:00.
Ready Services does the job right the first time and they clean up after themselves.

James was absolutely amazing!! We had another company come out and they told us that we would need to have an expensive scope put down our drain. I absolutely needed my kitchen sink, so I googled plumbers and James had a five-star rating so I thought we would give him a try. I am so glad we called him! His rates are reasonable and when he got swamped at work, he called and apologized for not being able to get to me. I got a call this morning and he said he was on his way, on a Sunday!! His rates are extremely reasonable as well. We highly recommend him and he will be our go to plumber from now on.

My first experience with Osage Plumbing happened two years ago. They came and worked actively to get my hot water tank working. They came on Sunday, they went to Tulsa to get a part, they returned, stalled the part, and we thought it was all good. Unfortunately, there was an internal problem with the Bradford White Tank (They suck, by the way, when it comes to taking responsibility for THEIR mistakes). Osage came back out a couple more times and charged me for all trips an amount so reasonable I was shocked. (I had called Mullins plumbing, but they wanted a $90 fee just to show up to my house). Charlie was super nice and super awesome. The second experience went just as well, and once again their charge was reasonable. They are saved in my phone directory and I recommend them to all my friends.
