I have been hiring Ready Services for many years for Heat/Air and most recently for plumbing. The uniformed servicemen show up when they say they will and give a courtesy call to let me know they are on their way, which for me is very important - I don't like it when a company says we will be there between noon and 5:00.
Ready Services does the job right the first time and they clean up after themselves.
I highly recommend Ready Services.

I called Tulsa midtown plumbing after washer installation company said they couldn’t install due to corroded faucet. Midtown came to our house within the HOUR and checked the line and faucet, determined it was not corroded, installed the washer and it works like a dream. It’s nice to find an honest, reliable and speedy plumbing company. I’ll recommend them to anyone!

I do NOT recommend this business. I paid $670 for a shower leak repair that never got fixed. I am very dissatisfied with their work. I found them via Thumbtack where I specifically posted I had a shower that was leaking and needed a faucet replaced, but after they worked on it for two days the problem was never fixed. Water kept leaking from my shower head, even after the faucet was closed all the way off. When they first came to my home, I spoke to business owner, I believe his name is David, I explained that as a temporary fix I installed a shower head with an on/off button. I told him that a while ago, someone else who looked at the shower suggested removing the entire faucet from the pipes and replacing it with a new one as it also was not delivering hot water. I explained that in order to do this they would’ve had to break part of the wall to get behind it as it did not have access elsewhere. David said he understood and that he would fix the leak. He worked on it for a bit that day, then said he needed to return as they needed parts. He quoted me around $670. I thought it was high but I did not haggle and agreed. I asked to pay half on that day and then the other half when the job was completed. He agreed, and went off to buy the part. He returned but said that he needed to wait another day for the part to be delivered. When he returned the next day (around three hours late) I was not able to be present but I allowed him to continue the work as I believed he understood the situation and perceived him as a professional. When he was done, he called me and told me the valve was replaced and that it no longer leaked, saying that he even waited minutes to make sure no leak happened. I thanked him and paid him the remaining amount. When I returned home, the leak was still present. I called him and expressed the leak still happened and he said he would return later in the evening to check it out. But he was not able to make it as he was busy and said he would come the following day around noon to check it out. The next day I came home early and I kept texting him, calling him, on which seemed to be a GOOGLE VOICE number, I left voicemails, and he did not reply for almost the entire day. Finally towards the late afternoon he answered saying that he was not able to come back as he was very busy with other projects, and because he believed the job was completed. When I told him the leak was still happening he blamed it on the shower head I had temporarily installed to stop the leak. He said he did replace a valve, which apparently was my original ask, and he expressed that next time I shouldn’t make recommendations as he is the educated plumber unlike myself in a very degrading manner. I told him that any advice I had given him in regards to what was needed was just from my perception as I am not a plumber whatsoever. I kept pleading him to return and continue to fix the leak but he said I was talking in circles and that he would not return unless I paid him for the visit, and even more for any further repairs. I told him that he was free to call me back when he came to his senses as I am a very dissatisfied customer and the initial job was not complete, but he never called back.

We have been Jack Nelson customers for several years.Due to a series of unfortunate events, we had made the decision to end our membership. But on this visit, Matt and Rusty completely restored our faith in Jack Nelson.They were courteous, professional, informative, and totally attentive to all of our needs. It was actually an enjoyable visit/ service call!

James was absolutely amazing!! We had another company come out and they told us that we would need to have an expensive scope put down our drain. I absolutely needed my kitchen sink, so I googled plumbers and James had a five-star rating so I thought we would give him a try. I am so glad we called him! His rates are reasonable and when he got swamped at work, he called and apologized for not being able to get to me. I got a call this morning and he said he was on his way, on a Sunday!! His rates are extremely reasonable as well. We highly recommend him and he will be our go to plumber from now on.

Had a clogged water line that supplied the Ice Maker. Essentially took 2 hours to tie in a pex water line with a couple 90 degree turns, a shutoff valve, and T that I should have just done myself because they charged me $370.00. Nice people that get the job done, but unreasonable on price, unorganized, and took way to long. Will not be using again.

A little pricey, but got job done same day I called and the guys that came out were friendly and finished quickly! Would recommend!

My company services clients throughout the country and so we have hundreds of vendors. Half Moon Plumbing is an exceptional company with courteous employees. Sam is very knowledgeable and was a huge help with the service he completed for us. Half Moon has done a few jobs for us and is super efficient. They are our preferred provider in that area.

Mister Hilligoss came out in his was very professional. I know I'm going to do something but I haven't chosen my next path.
